Kentucky GenWeb projectOBIT - Funeral services for Mrs. Nancy Ellen Carroll, 87, Route 2, Grayson, who died Friday, will be conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Pleasant Hill United Baptist Church by Elders Eury Barker and J. D. Riggs. Burial will be in Carroll Cemetery. Mrs. Carroll was born Dec. 1, 1892, in Elliott County, a daughter of the late Richard and Emily Mauk Parsons. She was a member of the Pleasant Hill United Baptist Church. Her husband, Oscar Carroll, died in 1976. Surviving are four sons, Ercel Carroll of Wurtland, Ray Carroll of Route 5, Olive Hill, Ora Carroll of Grahn, and Troy Carroll of Worthington; three daughters, Mrs. Nixola Isaac of Hitchins, Mrs. Kathleen Grizzell of John's Run and Mrs. Christine Mosier of Route 5, Olive Hill; a sister, Mrs. Hannah Stevens of Olive Hill; 44 grandchildren; and 65 great-grandchildren.
