JAMES "CURT" NICELY, 86, of Proctorville, Ohio, passed away Thursday, August 23, 2007, in Scenic Hills Nursing Center, Gallipolis, Ohio. He was born June 7, 1921, in Hitchins, Ky., son of the late James and Elizabeth Barker Nicely.
