Kentucky GenWeb projectMESSER, ANDRE, 45, of St. Petersburg, died Friday (Nov. 7, 2003) at home. He was born in Olive Hill, Ky., and moved here 23 years ago from Roanoke, Va. He was a project manager in the construction industry. He was an Army veteran. He was Protestant. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, camping and off-road four-wheeling. He also enjoyed computers. Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Sandy; two daughters, Brandy Colandrea, Bradenton, and Tonya Messer, St. Petersburg; a brother, Mark Baker, Ocala; five sisters, Ginger, California, Debbie, Texas, Bobbie, St. Petersburg, Terri, Virginia, and Julie, Spring Hill.
