Charles McKenzie 

1941-2003 

Charles H. McKenzie, 62, of Kenova, W.Va., died Sunday, Dec. 7, 2003, in St. Mary's Medical Center. 

He was born April 25, 1941, in Boyd County, Ky., a son of the late Curtis M. and Leatha Hensley McKenzie. 

He was retired from Labor Hall Local 543. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of American Legion Post No. 93 of Kenova and Laborers Local 543. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Victoria McKenzie; a sister, Elizabeth Ann Littleton and a brother, Bill McKenzie. 

He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Samantha and Richie Wolfe of Grayson, Ky.; four sisters, Maye Perdue of South Point, Ohio, Angie Bocook of Kenova, Kathy Yates of Catlettsburg, Ky., and Jeanette Workman of Burnaugh, Ky.; two brothers, Ralph McKenzie of Burnaugh and Don McKenzie of Barboursville, W.Va.; and three grandsons, Richie II, Brian and Nicholas Wolfe, all of Grayson. 

There will be no visitation and a private family-only service at a later date. 

Rollins Funeral Home in Kenova is in charge of arrangements.
