Dorothy Belle Huff
1921-2003
Dorothy Belle Huff, 82, of Ky. 5., Ashland, Ky., wife of James Huff, died Friday afternoon, Nov. 7,
in King's Daughters Medical Center following an extended illness.
Dorothy was born May 3, 1921, in Carter County, Ky., a daughter of the late Sylvester and Lorie Forrest McDowell.
She was a member of the 13th Street Freewill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a great-grandchild, Elijah Webb.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are a son, James Huff Jr., and his wife, Donna, of Summit, Ky.;
a daughter, Virginia "Jenny" Webb and her husband, Philip, of Ashland; a sister, Irene Earls of Ashland;
five grandchildren, Marty Webb, Tammie Porter, Nathaniel Webb and his wife, Amanda, Christy Smith and her husband, Chris, and Jason Huff;
three great-grandchildren, TaRicka and Tyler Flannery, and Cameron Webb; a stepgrandchild, Jamie Collins and his wife, Malinda;
and a stepgreat-grandson, Kyle Collins.
Funeral services will be Monday, Nov. 10, 2003, at 11 a.m. at Preston Family Funeral Home in Ashland by Brother Steve Williams.
Interment will be in Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.
