James "Dickie" McCall 

1942-2004 

James "Dickie" McCall, age 62, of Rush, Ky., passed away Tuesday, May 25, 2004, in Samaritan Hospital in Lexington, Ky. 

He was born May 25, 1942, in Carter County, Ky., a son of Fern Conley McCall of Rush and the late Doward McCall. 

He was retired from Laborers Local No. 1445 in Catlettsburg, Ky., and was an avid catfisherman. 

In addition to his mother, his survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Deidra and John Clark of Ashland, Ky.; 
two brothers, Delmar McCall of Grayson, Ky., and Bobby Joe McCall of Rush; two grandchildren, Amanda Jo Thomas and DeEricka Lynn Lewis; 
two stepgrandchildren, Markie Clark and John Robert Clark; a great-grandson, Cameron Thomas; four nephews; a great-nephew; a great-niece; 
and special friends, Joyce Parsons and Charlie Blevins. 

Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Malone Funeral Home in Grayson by Larry Garvin, minister. Burial will be in Cane Creek Cemetery. 

Friends may call from 6 to 9 tonight and after 9 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
