Kentucky GenWeb projectRetha Lewis - 1945-2007 Retha Lewis, 61, of Grayson, died Friday in Carter Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born July 29, 1945. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. today at Oney-Henderson Funeral Home in Olive Hill. Burial will be in Garvin Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at the funeral home.
