Otha Kilgore - 1944-2007 Otha George Kilgore, 63, of Olive Hill, died Wednesday in Rowan County. He was born April 30, 1944, in Lewis County. His wife, Elizeabeth Katherine Jessie Kilgore, survives. The funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Olive Hill. Friends may call after 5 p.m. today and until time of service Sunday at the funeral home.
