Ashland Daily Independent - (2/13/07) Lottie Blevins - 1944-2007 Lottie Mae Blevins, 62, of Cribbs Hill, Grayson, passed away on Thursday, February 8, in Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital. She was born September 20, 1944, in Carter County, a daughter of the late Oscar and Virgie Hill Ison. She was the wife of the late Beacher T. Blevins. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at United Pentecostal Church in Grayson. Burial will be in Newell Cemetery in Grahn. Friends may call at 11 a.m. at the church.
