THE TIMES RECORDER (Zanesville, Ohio) Sunday, June 2, 1974 Kenneth J. Humphrey, 45, of Philo, died at 8:15 a.m. Saturday at Cleveland Clinic where he had been a patient since Feb. 28. Mr. Humphrey was born Oct. 9, 1928 in Hitchins, Ky., and moved to Philo in 1963 from Newark. He was an employee of the Burnham Corporation and served in the Army from 1945 to 1948. He was a member of the Valley Assembly of God Church. Surviving are his widow, Pearl (Bib) Humphrey whom he married Nov. 28, 1903; a daughter, Deborah Sue of the home; three sons, James Kenneth of Georgetown, Ky., Bradley and Robbie both of Grayson, Ky.; a sister, Mrs. Betty Fyffe of Thornville route 2; two half-sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Bradford of Rock Creek, W. V.., and Mrs. Wanda Cook of Chicago, Ill., and a half-brother, Charles Humphrey of West Virginia. The body was taken to Clyde E. Thompson Funeral Home at Duncan Falls where friends may call after 7 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday.
