Survived: wife, Christine Knipp Holbrook, sons, Roger Allen Holbrook, William Patrick Holbrook, Randy Lee Holbrook and Jason Scott Holbrook, daughters, Kathy Middleton and Shirley Tillett, 10 grandchildren. Burial: Apr 16, 2000 in the Holbrook Cemetery, Olive Hill, KY.
