Lee Roy Hanshaw Sr. 1947-2007

NILES — Lee Roy Hanshaw Sr., 59, of 2565 Niles-Vienna Road, died at 5:15 a.m. Monday, Feb. 12, 2007,
at Autumn Hills Nursing Home following an extended illness.

He was born July 6, 1947, in Warren, the son of Earsel and Dorothy Louise Fisher Hanshaw.

A graduate of McDonald High School, he retired March 1, 1996, after working 30 years as an assembler at General Motors Corp.
He attended the Apostolic Pentacostal Church of Warren.

He is survived by five children, Lee Roy Hanshaw Jr., Joseph Hanshaw, Brian Hanshaw, Lisa A. Wyland and Sherry Hanshaw;
nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three sisters, Joanne (Randy) Marsh of Niles, Marcella Wright of Tucson, Ariz.,
and Rita Schroder of Akely, Minn.; and a brother, Phillip R. Hanshaw of Fort Myers, Fla.

The funeral will be 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 15, 2007, at The Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home, where family and friends may call one hour prior to the service.
Robert Adkins will officiate. Burial will be in Kerr Cemetery.
