Ruth Hall Psimer

SMITHS GROVE, Ky. -- Former Mansfield resident Ruth Hall Psimer, 80, died Saturday, Nov. 15, 2003, at home. 

She was born November 11, 1923, in Carter County, Kentucky, to Seble and Hattie Hensley Hall. A resident of Mansfield for 58 years, she had recently moved to Kentucky. She was a member of Lincoln Heights Baptist Church. 

She is survived by her husband, Dillard Psimer; children, Linda and Junior Berry of Bowling Green, Kentucky, and Barbara and Vincent Smith of Smith's Grove, Kentucky; grandchildren, Allen and Cindy Berry of Quinlan, Texas, Kaylee and Kip Salser of Rowlett, Texas, and Kyle and Brandy Smith of Rowlett, Texas; two great-grandsons, Michael Berry and Camden Salser; two brothers, Oscar Hall of Olive Hill, Kentucky, and Ralph Hall of Mansfield; and a sister, Sereda Williams of Lake Jackson, Texas. 

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, John Hall. 

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, Nov. 19, at 10:30 a.m. at Oak Grove Memorial Park, conducted by the Rev. Mike Wilson. There will be no calling hours. 

Memorial contributions may be made to the donor's choice and left in care of the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors.
