Mrs. Jennie Carroll, 91, of Route 2, Grayson, died Friday at her home following a long illness.     

Mrs. Carroll was born Aug. 12, 1894, in Carter County, a daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Finey Gill. Her husband, Willard Carroll, died in 1973.     

Surviving are five daughters, Edna Newland of Stockport, Ohio, Lucille Heaberlin of Grayson, Blanche Flury of Grayson, Jewell Fite of Mansfield, Ohio, 
and Ruby Gollihue of Swanton, Ohio; three sons, Donald Carroll and Willard Carroll of Mansfield and Curtis Carroll of Napoleon, Ohio; 
a sister, Nora Wise of Shelbyville; 34 grandchildren; 54 great grandchildren; and  a great-great-grandchild.     

The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at the Malone Funeral Home in Grayson by the Rev. Harry Browning. 
Burial will be in East Carter County Memory Gardens.     

Friends may call after 7 p.m. today and after 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
