Marjorie L. Marlow 1932-2007

 
 
POLAND — Marjorie L. Marlow, 75, now is resting in the arms of Jesus. She left her earthly home at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2007, 
with her niece, Donna, by her side at Hospice House of Poland. 

Marjorie was born May 25, 1932, in Carter County, Ky., the daughter of Paul and Lucy Caudill Gearheart. 

The family moved to Warren in 1947, and she graduated from Leavittsburg High School in 1952. 
She retired from Packard Electric in 1987 after 35 years of service. 

Marjorie was a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church in Warren. She was a member of Nell Smith and missions. 
She was also an elder and a deaconess, and served on various boards for the church. 

Marjorie is survived by her wonderful husband, Harry Marlow, whom she married July 4, 1952. 
They celebrated 55 years of marriage this past July. She also is survived by four brothers, Dexter (Carol) Gearheart, Norman (Judy) Gearheart, 
Herbert (Jenni) Gearheart and Phillip (Anna Marie) Gearheart; four sisters, Wilma (Bill) Thompson, Polly (Randy) Pigott, Kathie (Tom) Pigott and 
Ruth Bertuzzi; and a sister-in-law, Elenore (Bethel) Gearheart. She will be remembered fondly by her many nieces, nephews, friends and family, whose lives she touched in very special ways. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Larry and Bethel Gearheart. 

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday at Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, where the Rev. David R. Black will officiate. 
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home and 12:30 p.m. until service time on Friday. Burial will be at Pine Knoll Cemetery.
