Earnest H. “Earn” Garvin, 64, of Olive Hill, Carter Co, KY, born December 8, 1934 in Carter Co, KY, son of the late Willie and Lanty Bond Garvin, died September 6, 1999 at his home. Survived: wife, Cova Garvin, several step-daughters, brothers, Paul Garvin, Peter Garvin and Bill Garvin, sisters, Mandy Porter, Lena Smith, Sara Kenable, Maude Garvin and Georgie Wooten, 1 step-granddaughter, Wanda Dean (whom he raised), several step-great-great-grandchildren. Burial: Sept 8, 1999 Bethel Cemetery.
