Dorothy Wallace of Grayson passed away Friday, November 23, 2007, after losing a courageous battle with cancer. Dorothy was born April 23, 1919 the daughter of the late Roy and Jessie Fraley of Rosedale , Kentucky. Surviving are two sons Donald (Goldie) Wallace of Grayson and Roy Wallace (Sue) also of Grayson a sister Irene Criswell of Grayson and a brother Robert Fraley of Lubbock , Texas . She has five grandchildren Stacy Wagner of Atlanta Georgia , Russell Wallace of Russell Springs , Kentucky , Kelli White of Bucyrus , Ohio , Barton and Aaron Wallace of Grayson and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death in 1979 by her husband Everett Wallace whom she married Jan 8, 1938 and an older sister Ethel Leadingham and a younger brother Quinn Fraley. The family would like to thank Community Hospice of Ashland and Dorothy’s caretakers Pauline Wells and Pudger Fryer. Dorothy was a member of Bagby United Methodist Church and Eastern Star Chapter 10. Funeral services will be conducted Monday 11:00 a.m. at the Bagby Memorial Methodist Church by Brad Smart minister. Burial will be in the East Carter Co. Memory Gardens . Friends may call from 6-9p.m. Sunday at Malone Funeral Home, and after 10:00 a.m. Monday at the church. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.malonefuneralhome.com. Pallbearers will be Aaron Wallace, Barton Wallace, Russell Wallace, Chad Kaiser, Daniel Coleman and Kyle Coleman. Honarary Pallbearers will be Rich Wagner, Rebecca Coleman, Zac Wallace, Tanner Wallace, Evie Wallace, Darien Wallace, Sarah Wallace and Jessey Wagner.
