The Ashland Daily Independent 3-13-1981 Grayce Flaugher Yates Grayce Flaugher Yates 74 of Willard died Friday in Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital following a brief illness. She was born May 15, 1906 in Willard a daughter of the late William & Sumae Graham Flaugher. She was a member of Willard Missionary Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband Clarcy D. Yates; three sons William Samuel and Dallas junior both at home and Bobby Yates of Ashland; six daughters Catherine Thomas of Willard, Peggy Manning of Ashland, Effie Mae Stewart of Hitchins, Clara Jones of Grayson and Ruth Isaacs of Hitchins and Mary Alice James of Rush; 27 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Funeral Services were conducted at Willard Missionary Baptist Church by Rev. Ronnie Graves. Burial was in East Carter County Memory Gardens. Malone Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
