Gwendolen E. Littleton 

Gwendolen Everman Littleton, 95, had a glorious passing at her home on Sunday, March 30, 2003. She was born December 27, 1907 at Iron Hill, Kentucky 
a daughter of the late Sam J. and Laura A. Huffman Everman. 

She attended Morehead State Teacher College (MSU), and Normal Christian Institute (KCC). She was a former teacher with the Carter County School system, 
known as “Miss Gwen”, and a member of the Gregoryville Christian Church, Gregoryville, Kentucky since 1925. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Isaac C. Littleton, sons, Don D. Littleton and Phillip P. Littleton, sisters, Betty Ethel Elliott, 
Anna Mary Bradley, Pansy Rojo and brothers Clifford “Kip” Everman, Sanders Everman, Henry Everman, Roy Everman and Paul Everman. 

She is survived by daughters, Jôn Brown, Mary Laura Hicks, Patty Griffin and Debbie Harper of Grayson, KY, Jershua “Sharie” Dean, Mt. Gilead, OH, 
Donna Moore, Richmond, VA, and sons, Sam Littleton, Clifford “Kip” Littleton, Steve Littleton of Grayson, KY, Wade Littleton, Olive Hill, KY, 
Ben Littleton, Sumter, SC, Roy Littleton, Baltimore, OH. She is survived by two sisters, Marnie Arnett, of Louisville, KY, 
Faye Chase of Springfield, VA and one brother, Ted Everman of Flushing MI. Gwendolen and Isaac are also survived by 30 grandchildren, 
33 great grandchildren and 3 ˝ great, great grandchildren. 

Visitation will be at the Malone Funeral Home, Grayson, KY on Tuesday, April 1, 2003, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM for family 
and friends and 9:00 AM until service time on Wednesday. 

The funeral will be conducted by Pastor Lewis Davis and Pastor Ron Arnett on Wednesday, April 2, 2003 at 11:00 AM at the Malone Funeral Home. 
Burial will be at the Everman Cemetery, Gregoryville, KY. Come be with “Miss Gwen’s” family as they celebrate her birth into the loving arms of 
Jesus Christ. 

In lieu of flowers, donations in Mom’s memory may be made to Community Hospice, Inc., 1538 Central Avenue, Ashland, KY 41101.
