Bertha Davis Carter 83, of Grayson went to be with the Lord Saturday in Carter Nursing & Rehab. She was born October 17, 1921, in Lewis Co.
a daughter of the late Levi and Lula Rice Davis. She was a member of the Cannonsburg Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband Berton Carter and a daughter Linda Bush. She was also preceded in death by one brother and five sisters.
Her survivors include: one Son and daughter in law: Larry and Vivian Carter of Grayson. One Sister: Oma Adkins of Grayson.
Two Brothers: Jacob Davis of Grayson and Homer Davis of Olive Hill, KY
Three Grandchildren: Candice Higgs, Tiffany Bush and Brandon Bush all of Grayson KY
Two Great Grandchildren: Derek McCall and Ali McCall.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday 1:00 p.m. at the Malone Funeral Home by the minister J.W. Holcomb.
Burial will be in the Hillcrest Burial Park. Friends may call from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday and after 9:00 a.m. Wednesday.
