Kentucky GenWeb projectChester Crank (1931-2006) Chester E. Crank, 75, of Ironton, died Wednesday in King’s Daughters Medical Center. He was born July 23, 1931, in Carter County, Ky. His wife, Mary Darlene Stapleton Crank, died in 1997. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Phillips Funeral Home in Ironton. Burial will be in Haverhill Cemetery with military rites by VFW Post 8850. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
