Annamary Boggs

Annamary Boggs, 84, of Terre Haute and formerly of Rising Sun, died at 8:45 a.m. Sunday, July 4, 2004, in Southwood Nursing Home. She was a homemaker. 

She was born on Sept. 16, 1919, in Grahn Ky., to Ernest Counts and Willa Jane DeBord Counts. Her husband, Robert W. Boggs, 
whom she married on Nov. 10, 1949, preceded her in death on April 21, 1986. 

Survivors include a daughter, Phyllis Rayburn and husband Jim of Terre Haute; brothers, Carl Counts of Laurel and Joseph Counts of Bellmaur, N.J.; 
grandsons Evan Rayburn and wife Courtney of Nashville, Tenn., and Ethan Rayburn of Terre Haute; granddaughter, Erin Wineinger and husband Kris of Greenwood; 
and a great-grandson, Ollie Rayburn of Nashville. She also was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Harold and Harvey Counts. 

She was a graduate of Scio High School in New York and a member of Terre Haute First Baptist Church. 

Services are 1 p.m. EDT Thursday in Markland Funeral Home in Rising Sun, with the Rev. Steve Newman officiating. 
Burial is in Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Aberdeen. Pallbearers are Evan and Ethan Rayburn, Kris Wineinger, Barry Edwards, Tom Castletine and Ken Sowards. 
Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. EST today in Terre Haute First Baptist Church, and 11 a.m. EDT Thursday to services in the funeral home.
