daughter of the late Millard G. and Pearl Howell Cooksey, died Feburary 5, 2000 in Huntington, WV.  

Survived: 2 nephews.  

Entombment: Feb 8, 2000 in the Rose Hill Burial Park Mausoleum, Ashland, Boyd Co, KY.
