Kentucky GenWeb projectTHE MANSFIELD NEWS JOURNAL (Mansfield, Ohio) Friday, April 12, 1963 Mrs. Sarah Collinsworth, 85, widow of Louis Collinsworth, a resident of 136 Dale Ave., died Thursday afternoon at Madison Hospital following one weeks’ illness. She was born June 30, 1877 at Rowan, Ky. Surviving are one son, Dale Collinsworth, with whom she made her home, and two daughters, Mrs. Lola Miller and Mrs. Nettie Raburan, both of Kentucky. The body was removed to the Wappner Funeral Home and later taken to the Leslie Henderson Funeral Home at Olive Hill, Ky., where services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in the Garven Ridge Cemetery, Carter County, Ky. (Note by DKT: She is actually buried in the Walnut Grove Cemetery and not the Garven Ridge Cemetery)
