Kentucky GenWeb projectLinda L. Tackett MANSFIELD -- Linda L. Tackett, 64, of Willowbrook Drive died Saturday, Oct. 1, 2005, at MedCentral/Mansfield Hospital. Linda was born in Olive Hill, Ky., on November 9, 1940, to Claude and Ruby Ingles Collins. She came to Mansfield November 11, 1959, and was a homemaker. Linda was a member of Apostolic Tabernacle of God. She is survived by her husband, James R. Tackett of Mansfield; two sons, James Robert (Kay) Tackett Jr. of Bellville, Terry L. (Vergie) Tackett of Olive Hill, Ky.; six grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; one brother, Jimmy (Martha) Collins of Olive Hill; one sister, Jean (Dick) Arnold of Mansfield; one sister-in-law, Fredia (Charles) Adkins of Mansfield; one brother-in-law, Phillip (Barbie) Tackett of Olive Hill. She was preceded in death by her parents. Friends may call at Herlihy-Tinsman Funeral Home, 173 Park Avenue West, on Monday from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. R. E. Barlow officiating. Interment will be in Mansfield Cemetery.
