Wanda L. Caldwell Hunt

Born – 1954

OLIVE HILL – Mrs. Wanda L. “Cookie” Caldwell Hunt, age 53, of Three Pines Road, Olive Hill, passed away Thursday evening, March 22, at her residence.

Mrs. Hunt was born January 2, 1954 in Carter County, a daughter of the late Seymour Caldwell and Francis Hammond Caldwell Parker of Olive Hill.

Cookie was a Telecommunications installer and of the Baptist Faith, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all who knew her.

In addition to her father she is preceded in death by her Step-Father Eulan Parker.

She is survived by her husband of eight years, Michael Hunt of Olive Hill; two sons and daughter-in-law, Tony and Melinda Caldwell 
and Timothy Barker both of Olive Hill; one daughter, Patricia Garvin of Olive Hill; two sisters and brothers-in-laws, Paula and Elwood Barker, 
and Rita and Andrew Vangor all of Olive Hill; twelve grandchildren, Dillon, Anthony, Danielle, Austin, and Dalton Caldwell, Devin, Courtlyn, 
and Paiyton Garvin, Chelsea, Hailey, Hannah, and Kelsey Barker all of Olive Hill; Along with several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends 
who will sadly mourn her passing.

Funeral services were held Sunday, March 25, at the Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill. Officiating the service was 
Elwood Barker and Bro. Clell Lucas. Burial followed in the Barker Cemetery on Three Pine Ridge.

Elwood Barker, Devin Garvin, Tony Caldwell, Billy Lawson, Timothy Barker, Eric Barker, Jr., and Eric Elwood Barker served as Pallbearers.
