David Mason "Brownie" Brown, 53, of Xenia, OH passed away December 8, 2006 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton. He was born March 26, 1953 in Grayson, KY, the son of Chalmer M. and Frances P. (Bishop) Brown. Brownie enjoyed sports of all kinds but especially bowling and softball. He was preceded in death by his father Chalmer M. Brown, brother Chalmer J. "Joey" Brown and brother-in-law, Benjie Rogers. He leaves behind to mourn his passing his mother Frances Brown, two daughters Kelly (Tom) Murphy, Jewell Brown and a son Michael Brown all of Xenia, grandchildren Christina, Shelby, Patrick and Gavin Murphy, Chris Brown and Zane Bradley, sisters Kathy Brown, Opal Rogers and Lola (Bill) Sizemore, a brother Ricky L. Brown, all of Xenia, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. December 12, 2006 at the Bishop Cemetery, Grahn, Ky. (near Olive Hill). The family will receive friends on December 11, 2006 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the McColaugh Funeral Home, Inc., 826 N. Detroit St., Xenia, Ohio.
