Rosa Nell Branham Flannery - 1941-2006

Rosa Nell Branham Flannery, 65, of Olive Hill, Ky., passed away Sunday, July 23, 2006, in the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Ky.

Mrs. Flannery was born March 8, 1941, in Elliott County, Ky., a daughter of the late Edward Branham and the late Irene Gearhart Kiser.

She was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Charles Kiser.

She is survived by her husband, Billy Flannery of Olive Hill; five sons, Billy Wade (Cindy) Flannery of Fultz, Ky., Mike Flannery of Franklin, Ky., and Brian Flannery, David (Lisa) Flannery and Jamie (Barb) Flannery, all of Olive Hill; a daughter, Rhonda (Mark) Boggs of Olive Hill; a brother, Jimmy Kiser of Olive Hill; two sisters, Georgia (Harry) Gay of Morehead, Ky., and Janie (Lewis) Copley of Ohio; 10 grandchildren, Brent (Shannon) Boggs, Brandon Boggs, Mary Beth Flannery, Jennifer Flannery, Candace Flannery, Keith Flannery, Chrissy Flannery, Scott Flannery, Samantha Little, and Angie Shortridge; two great-grandchildren, Breannon Boggs and Johnny Owens; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 26, 2006, at Oney-Henderson Funeral Home in Olive Hill by Larry Arbaugh and Lewis Copley. Burial will be in Carpenter/Gearhart Cemetery in Elliott County.

Friends may call after 6 p.m. today and until services Wednesday at the funeral home.
