Kentucky GenWeb projectOBIT - Thelma Carroll - 1910-1997 - Thelma Carroll, 87, of Grayson, died Wednesday, Jan. 22 in King's Daughters' Medical Center. Mrs. Carroll was born Jan. 1, 1910, in Hitchins, a daughter of the late Charles and Ella Adkins Brainard. Her husband, Mason Carroll, died in 1991. She was a member of Stinson Church of Christ. Surviving are a daughter, Faye Conley of Grayson; two sons, Joe Carroll of Grayson and Charles Carroll of Ashland; a sister, Lizzie Sexton of Grayson; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandchildren. Grave side services were conducted Saturday, Jan. 25 at Cribbs Hill Cemetery by Johnny Sergeant, minister. The Malone funeral Home in Grayson was in charge of the arrangements.
