Ora S Boggs

Ora S. Boggs, 88, of 1738 Walker Lake Road died Sunday morning, January 4, 2004 at Med Central/Mansfield following a brief illness. 
Mr. Boggs was born November 7, 1915 in Olive Hill, KY and has lived in this area since 1947. 

He was a member of the Abundant Life Tabernacle and Local 169 United Steel Worker’s Union. He retired from Empire Detroit Steel after 29 years of service. 
Mr. Boggs was a veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Army. 

Surviving are his wife, Wanda Baker Boggs; a daughter and son-in-law, Joyce and Leon Hall of Mansfield; 
three sons and daughters-in-law, Donnie and Gwen Boggs, Mike and Cathy Boggs and Frank and Jennifer Boggs, all of Texas City, Texas; 
fifteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Glenn and Moo Boggs of Mansfield 
and Leo and Betty Boggs of New Carlisle, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Della Boggs; a brother, Virgil Boggs; and a sister, Eleanor Messer.

Friends may call at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors Monday from 6-9 p.m. 
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at the Abundant Life Tabernacle conducted by Rev. Robert O’Brien. 
Military services and burial will be held in Oak Grove Memorial Park
