Kentucky GenWeb projectDuiell "Dewey" Blevins 1951 - 2004 Duiell “Dewey” Blevins, age 52, of Grayson, KY, passed away on Thursday, March 11th, 2004, at his residence, following a sudden illness. He was born September 1st, 1951, at Birchfield, Ky, a son of the late James Henry and Nola Larve Isaac Blevins. He was also preceded him in death by a sister, Nancy Lou Blevins. His survivors include: His wife: Debra Myers Blevins; 1 son: Clarence Lee Blevins of Grayson, KY; 5 brothers: Charles M. Blevins of Mansfield, OH; William Blevins, John Henry Blevins, Frank Blevins and James Paul Blevins all of Grayson; 5 sisters: Nellie Smith of Grayson, Mary Smith of Olive Hill, KY, Loraine Goney of Ashland, KY Funeral services will be conducted Monday, March 15th, 2004 at 11:00am at the Malone Funeral Home with Larry McDavid and Wes Walker, ministers. Burial will be in the East Carter County Memory Gardens. Friends may call Sunday evening from 6-9pm at the funeral home
