 41, formerly of Rowan Co, KY, born in Carter Co, KY, son of John K. Back Sr. and the late Joan Kegley Back, died Mar 24, 1998 in Jasper, Ind.  

Survived:  grandmother, Ruth Whittaker Back, son, Andrew Back, brothers, Stephen Back and Joe Back, sister, Martha Jackson. 

Burial:  in the Brown Cemetery, Morehead, Rowan Co, KY.
