"The Roving Doctor of the Hills"

"I am the daughter of Charles M. Campbell Sr. His parents were Delmer W. Campbell and Grace M (Sparks) Campbell of Lawton, Carter, KY.
I am doing geneaology research on Delmer Campbell's father side of the family. I am having a lot of trouble with this one!
Delmer's parents were William "Doc" Campbell and Cora Bell (Moore) Campbell.

I hope that someone can help me find more information on him. I do not have a date for this article, nor a source,
but I assume it came from the Carter County Herald or Olive Hill times. The author is Arthur A. Moore and I am told that he
and William "Doc" Campbell became good friends."
