David Otho Madden Death Certificate

David Otho Madden was the eldest son of Matthew Madden and Sophia Estill. He married Sarah Ann Counts, daughter of Christopher Counts and Mary Ann Bishop. Note that his death certificate shows first the year 1849 for his year of birth and it is scratched out and replaced with 1852. Since he is shown with his parents in the 1850 census of Carter County it is safe to say 1849 is correct.
