David Madden is a half brother to Matthew Madden. Both were born on Three Prong in Greenup County. It might be of interest that both are the sons of Jonathan Madden and both of them had mother's who were Elizabeth Horsley's. Their father Jonathan was first married to Elizabeth Horsley, daughter of James Taylor Horsley. After her death he married another Elizabeth Horsley, daughter of William Horsley. Matthew is from the first Elizabeth and David from the second Elizabeth.
