Beaver Creek Trail

Rt. 460 to Rt. 713




The trail between Hope, Ky. and easterly 
flowing Beaver Creek probably followed
modern Rt. 713 through this area. There is 
no difficult ground to traverse, and although
the traveler is actually moving in a direction 
opposite to the ultimate destination 
(Ohio or Mt. Sterling), the goal of reaching 
or returning from the most efficient 
east-west route trumps otherconsiderations.
