Thomas Waters, 48, brother of ex-Chief of the Fire Department
John Waters, died yesterday at St Elizabeth hospital after a lingering illness.
The remains were removed to his brother's home and the funeral services will be
held tomorrow morning at the Church of the Immaculate Conception.
