Thomas Robert Beagle was born 10 Mar 1764 in Stafford Co Virginia, the son of John Beagle and Martha James. He married Cescillia Wines 31 Dec 1791 in Stafford Co. She was born 9 May 1769 in Stafford Co. Thomas was in Mason County Kentucky in the 1800 tax list. Thomas and Cescillia came into Campbell County by July 1807 as seen on the court orders and Thomas shows up on the 1808 tax list. Thomas died 27 Sep 1854 in Flagg Spring and Cescellia died 22 July 1850 in Flagg Springs and both are buried in the Flagg Springs Cemetery.
