Ross
Ross is located between Kentucky 8, Mary Ingles Highway, and the
Ohio River, south of Melbourne. The community was once known as Indian Springs
and it developed around summer cottages built along the Ohio River. The
city now has a mobile home park, numerous river camps, several restaurants and a
grocery.
