Sept 20, Roger Cooper a private in the company under the command of Captain George Gray in the first regiment of the United States Rifles is incapable of performing the duties of a soldier by reason of wounds received in the service of the United States of America on or about the first of the month of June of the year 1812 at Highwassee Garrison in the state of Tennessee. He received injuries in the back.
