Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky That the marriage contract heretofore existing between Nancy A Grant and her husband, Joshua D Grant, be and the same is hereby dissolved, so far as it relates to the said Nancy A Grant; and she is herby restored to all the rights and privileges of an unmarried woman.
