C. W. Nagel, Secretary of the Newport Mutual Fire Insurance Co., of Newport, is building one of the most luxurious and well located residences in Bellevue.  The work is being pushed and the residence will be completed shortly.  The residence will have eight rooms, hardwood floors, gas and electric lights and every modern convenience. 

The house is located in an acre and a half lot on Van Voast Ave.  The outside will be of pressed light brick.   The building will be a landmark, as no pains are being spared.  The residence will be the future home of Mr. Nagel.
