NEWPORT NEWS
A man named John Gannon fell dead yesterday, on Saratoga street,
near Taylor, while in the act of drawing a bucket of water. The Coroner
held an inquest on the body.
The verdict of the jury was that the deceased came to his death from an attack of heart disease. Gannon was about forty-three years of age and leaves a wife and two children in New York City.
