Division of the Estate of Henry Smith Deceased

We the undersigned commissioners appointed by the Campbell County Court to make
partition of the real estate of Henry Smith, deceased, among his heirs would respectfully
report that we find from the surveyors report and actual measurement that there is two
hundred and six acres, and that is to be divided among four heirs to wit: Thomas Smith, Lucy Smith, Betsy Lummis, late Betsey Smith and Anny Morris late Anny Smith.
Lot 1-Thomas Smith-containing 54 3/4 acres lying on the north side of Philips Creek and adjoining the land of Charles Daniel, deceased; Lot 2-Anny Morris, deceased-containing 54 3/4 acres;  Lot 3-Lucy Hancock-containing 48 1/4 acres lying on the south side of Philips
 Creek and adjoining the land of Benjamin Gosney; Lot 4-Betsy Lummis, deceased-containing 48 1/4 acres lying below lot no. 3 on the same side of the creek and adjoining the land of R Southgate known as the Peter Daniel Farm.
