PONCHOT, Fred, 65, died at 6:45 p.m. Saturday at his home, 410 Lindsey street, Newport. A retired Enquirer pressman, he as a member of Local 20, Press-man's Union.
Survivors include his widow Elizabeth; his mother Mrs. Christian Ponchot, Cincinnati; three sons, Fred, Charles and Alfred, off of Newport; a daughter, Mrs. Betty Cook, Tipp City, O.; a brother, Wilbur, West Virginia, and five sister, Mrs. Mabel Wakefield and Mrs. Blanche Quinlan, Cincinnati; Mrs. Elizabeth Lucas, Fairfax, and Mrs. Marie Brown, Faysville, O. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Vonderhaar & Stetter Funeral Home, Newport.
Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Southgate.
