Charles Daniel Junior is appointed Captain of
a patrole for the upper or salt lick District &
Zebulon Alphan & Peter Daniel, his assistants they are to serve
twelve hours in each month. The upper District is to be divided from the
Newport District by a line to begin at the mouth of pond Creek and strike the
mouth of twelve mile.

Governor of this Commonwealth Samuel Sayers and Zebular Alphin residing on the Dry Ridge Road as proper persons to fill the office of a justice of the peace in this County, a majority of all the justices of the Court concurring in this recommendation.

is appointed surveyor of that part of George Town (road) in the room and
precinct of Nathan Lynn.
