Ordered that the Sheriff of this County collect 2/6 for every titheable person in this County & out of the Money arising there from pay the several County Creditors their respective claims & retain the residue in his hand till further Order.

Ordered that the Sheriff pay the Clerk of this Court L7-10 for the purpose of purchasing a Desk and Table for his office out of the Deposition of the last year.

Page 79-William Riddick Deputy Sheriff produced an Account against the Commonwealth for L2.19.16 which is allowed & Ordered to be certified.

Philemon Connor produced an Account against the Commonwealth for L2.8 which is allowed and ordered to be certified.

The Clerk of this County produced an Account against the Commonwealth amounting to L2.10 which was a11ow'd & ordered to be certified.

William Daniel Commissioner of this County produced an Account (for services rendered) against the Commonwealth amounting to L23.15.7 which is allowed and ordered to be certified.

On the motion of Thomas Kennedy, it is ordered that a License be granted to him to keep a Tavern in this County for one year he having with Nathan Kelly his Security entered into and acknowledged Bond according to Law. 

Page 80-An Indenture of Bargain and Sale from the Trustees of Newport of the one part & William Lytle of the other part was acknowledged by the said Trustees and Ordered to be recorded.

An Indenture of Bargain and Sale from the Trustees of Newport of the one part to Joseph McKenny of the other part was acknowledged by the said Trustees and ordered to be recorded.
