Benjamin Beall, Esq. produced in court a commission from his Excellency Christopher Greenup, Governor of the Commonwealth one of the assignments of Judges for the Circuit, and the said Beall also produced a certificate of his having taken the oaths required by law as an assistant Judge which is in the words and figures following; This day Benjamin Beall came to me, James Kennedy, one of the Justices of the Peace from this county aforesaid and took the oath .........

Division of the real estate of William Kennedy, Benjamin Beall and Jeanette H Beall late of the county of Campbell, amongst the heirs of said Benjamin Beall, deceased, who are the grandchildren of said William Kennedy and children of Jeannette H. Bea11, deceased, allotted to David L Carney and Sally his wife heirs of the said decedents. October 28, 1818

Allotted to Nancy Lindsey, wife of James Lindsay, one of the heirs of the said descendants of William Kennedy, Benjamin Beall and Janette H. Beall. October 28, 1821 allotted to George Beall and allotted to Benjamin D. Beall.

Where as it is necessary to sell some land belonging to the estates of Benjamin Beall and Jeannette H Beall, deceased for the payment of debts due by said estates for which purpose it is deemed expedient and proper for the heirs of said descendants, it relinquishes and conveys their right and title to the administration therefore ....... between Edwin J Beall, George Muter Beall, Benjamin D Beall, etc. ........ a certain tract of land situate in Mason County on the Ohio River above Maysville being the part received of 1,400 acres patented to William Kennedy.
