YOUTSEY NOT TO ATTEND FUNERAL OF HIS FATHER
Word received from Frankfort to the effect that Henry E Youtsey who is serving a life term for the alleged assassination of Governal Goebel, will not be permitted to attend the funeral of his father, Andrew Youtsey, whose death occurred yesterday at Speer's Hospital.
Youstsey upon learning of his father's death, asked permission of the Prison Commission to attend the funeral. The commission declined to give permission, as they said the law gave them no power to do so except under order of court.
