Bullitt County Military Resources : War of 1812

The following men are found in 1812 rosters that draw from Bullitt Co. and surrounding areas, who are recognized as being from Bullitt Co. or having strong kinship ties to the area.    Also included are some members of militias in the post-Revolutionary to 1812 era.

An attempt has been made to show wives or other known details about them but a cautionary note should be made. While the families are reasonably easy to identify, the CORRECT George or John might not be so easy to identify.  In cases where the fact is proposed as a question that is exactly what it is and no assumptions should be made.  Any further details or corrections would be much appreciated and may be submitted to [email protected]
